Amendment XXVIII

No person shall be discriminated against or denied Constitutional rights based on their gender identity, sexual orientation, or lack thereof.

    Is it just constitutional rights that will be protected? What about the right to get married or be protected from discrimination in the workplace or other places? Can we expand this amendment?
